Re: Phase 2 Drainage Improvements certification �O a�F•
Harmony Crossing P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Hamdan,
This letter serves as a partial drainage certification of the Harmony Crossing P.U.D, specifically to
certify that the drainage improvements for Phase 2A and 2B shown on the Utility Plans were
constructed in reasonable conformity to the construction plans.
On December 30, 1996 a survey crew from Sear -Brown (formerly RBD) visited the above
referenced site and surveyed the drainage improvements constructed with Phases 2A and 2B,
along with the outstanding Phase 1 drainage item not covered in the Phase 1 certification dated
January 9, 1995 by RBD. We have surveyed the drainage items and have recorded the results on
the enclosed redlined drawings.
As of December 30,1996 the following items have been completed in reasonable conformity with
the Utility Plans:
✓1. 18" RCP pipe and curb inlets in Angelo Drive between Delany Drive and Dakota Court.
d 2. 2- 29"x45" HERCP from Angelo Drive to the detention pond.
3. Sidewalk culverts at Amber Court, and Skye Court.
4. Detention Pond outlet Structure.
The final UDSEWER calculation shown in the drainage report was modified by Sear -Brown to
include the as built elevations, and the respective minor changes in the hydraulic profile for the
pipe system in Angelo Drive are reflected in the enclosed redlined drawings.

The following items have not yet been constructed and were not field verified:
30" RCP and manholes in Angelo Drive west of Dakota Court (Phase 3).
2. 24" RCP across Wilmington Drive (Phase 3)
3. 10' and 15' curb inlets at the intersection of Wilmington Drive and Angelo Drive
(Phase 3).
4. 15" RCP and 10' curb inlet in Wilmington Drive (Phase 3).
5. Drainage Swale C-C along the south boundary of the P.U.D. (Phase 3).
This certification does not address landscaping issues or sediment from construction in the storm
sewers.
In general all measured elevations show that construction was done within accepted tolerances
and that the storm drainage system will function as designed.
This certification is signed and stamped, and by signing this letter I attest that to the best of my
knowledge the as -built conditions of the site are as shown on the attached redlined photocopy.
Failure to properly disclose all known information -could result in the rejection of this certification
and prevent the release of any Stormwater Utility holds no the Building Permit or Certificates of
Occupancy.
