Subject: Phase 2 Drainage Iniprove ments' Certi`cation
Dear Basil,
Please refer to your letter, dated 7/9/97, to Dale Stein, Sear -Brown, regarding the gravel inlet filters on
Angelo Drive and the erosion below the sidewalk culverts at Amber & Skye Courts on the above
referenced project.
This letter serves to advise that these two (2) issues have been corrected on 7/21/97. Gateway requests
that The City re -inspects these items and confirm the corrective measures taken are acceptable to The
City.
Also, Gateway requests that the three (3) gravel inlet filters be permanently removed. Upon personal
inspection and confirmation with Jim Drop, US Home Project Superintendent, the homeowners at the
gravel inlet filters are the persons that are removing/disturbing the gravel inlet filters. Their reasons for
disturbing these gravel filters is due to the temporary ponding water during rains at these locations.
Please advise if the corrective measures are acceptable and if the gravel inlet filters can be removed. If
you have any additional questions or comments concerning this matter, please contact me. Your time and
attention to this matter will be appreciated.

Re: Phase 2 Drainage Improvements Certification
Harmony Crossing P.U.D.
Dear Dale:
Field verification of the partially certified drainage utilities for Phase 2 of Harmony
Crossing P.U.D. was completed. The following items have been found to be in need of
attention. These items ;rust be addressed before approval of the as -built plans can be
given.
1. The gravel inlet filters at the inlets on Angelo Drive, near the intersection of Angelo
and Dakota, are in need of repair.
2. Substantial erosion is occurring below the sidewalk culverts at Amber Court and Skye
Court. Corrective measures need to be made. .
