Dear Basil:
On January 9, 1995,-I submitted a partial certification letter for
the first phase of construction at Harmony Crossing. At that time,
there were a few improvements that still needed to be installed.
That list included the following items:
The metal sidewalk culverts at the ends of Amber Court and
Skye -Court. These sidewalk culverts have now been installed.
The detention pond outlet structure, and associated downstream
improvements. These have also now been installed. Attached is
a copy of the field verified elevation for this outlet
structure. Instead of riprap at the downstream end of the
outlet pipe, a concrete trickle pan was installed to
accommodate low flows.
Channel section C-C has also now been installed.
The overflow weir has also now been installed. Attached are
the elevations and configuration of the weir.
This completes the drainage improvements associated with Phase 1 of
Harmony Crossing. All of the improvements as installed should
function as intended, and in accordance with the approved Drainage
and Erosion Control Plan.
The owner would like an acceptance letter from the Stormwater
Utility, as a formal acceptance of the system, and to start the
warranty period of the improvements. �.
