Drainage Certification - Phase 1 Construction Only

Dear Basil:
Please find enclosed sheet 5 of 13 from the Harmony Crossing P.U.D.
(Drainage and Erosion Control Plan). Indicated in red on the sheets
are the verified elevations and verifications of the Storm Drainage
Facilities and Erosion control structures. Also attached are the
field survey notes. Highlighted items reflect drainage structures,
other verifications are for curb and gutter.
As of December 9, 1994 the following items indicated on the
Drainage and Erosion plan have been completed per the Utility
plans:
All of the proposed storm sewer
construction (highlighted in
plan).
Channel Section A -A (verified depths
on the attached plan)
Channel Section B-B
Detention Pond
Outlet pipe from the Detention Pond
Channel Section E-E
associated with Phase 1
yellow on the attached
in three locations, shown
Drainage or grading items not yet installed:
The metal sidewalk culverts -from the backs of Amber Court and
Skye Court,�and the culvert crossing of Section A -A at
those locations.
The detention pond outlet structure, and associated downstream
improvements, including Channel Section D-D, and the
Denver3031458-5526
temporary culvert crossing at the Dusbabek property.
Channel Section C-C.
The emergency overflow weir.
The overflow from the pond to date is at approximate elevation
41.9. The calculated existing volume of the pond is approximately
6.6 ac-ft. The required volume, to elevation 40.81 is 5.1 ac-ft.
The overflow weir, and the pond outlet structure have not yet been
installed.
