The survey was performed holding a 5-foot offbet to the northeast corner of the subject lot at an elevation of 66.9, as shown on the drainage plan received $om your office. The point is marked by a brass disk in the sidewalk. The grade slopes $om the front of the house and garage at a rate of 4-5% to the back of the sidewalks on Thimbleberry Court. R also slopes from the house to the back of the sidewalk on Bayberty Circle at a varying rate of 6 to 1Z°i6. The rear of the house drains westerly, away from the hose at a rate of 9s/o until it flattens out to a 1% grade. The north side drainage flows away fi-om the house at a rate of 90A until it meets natural ground near the property line; once at a point near the rear of the hove, drainage is to Thimbleberry Court at a rate of 2N and also westerly at a rate of 7%.
