A survey of the finished grade at 3901 Harbor Walk Lane was conducted by personnel
under my direct supervision on October 30, 2000. The survey was performed using the
property corner at the northeast corner of the Lot with an assumed elevation of 96.32 feet
as shown on the attached site plan. As -built elevations are in the clouded figures on the
attached site plan and are in conformance with with contours shown on said site plan.
Drainage is away from the structure in all directions, with the lowest elevation of an
opening being the finished floor of the walkout lower level with an elevation of 93.88 feet.
As-buih elevations shown on the attached site plan may change subsequent to the date of
the survey due to natural or artificial actions.
