The slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-619-112, dated January, 1990, However, the area in the vicinity of the northwest portion of the residence was in need of minor gradirxg tit the time of our investigation.
