Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 w Re: Harbor Walk Estates, Lot 7 Drainage Project No. 10-900-500 Dear Basil, 3g37 November 10, 1998 This letter is to certify the lot drainage for Lot 7 of Harbor walk Estates Phase II. The attached drawing depicts this lot with the as -built retaining walls along the rear, and the as -built curb, gutter and sidewalk along the front. The elevations highlighted are recently surveyed locations. The other elevations as well as the contours shown are from a pre - construction survey of the lot also performed by TST. As you can see from the exhibit, the garage elevation is 4996.14 and the lowest opening is the wall around the sunken patio at 4992.82. Positive drainage away from the foundation exists in all directions including the back yard where there is positive grade from the sunken patio wall (lowest opening) to the lake edge retaining wall. I hope this information is sufficient to release the Certificate of Occupancy for this lot. Please feel free to contact me if you should require any additional information.
