Enclosed please find our Stormwater Certification for(Harbo� Walk Estates Phase W The
material provided is as follows:
Sheets 5 and 8 of the construction documents with appropriate as -built information shown.
Drainage Certification Form with applicable items checked, signed, and stamped by a professional
engineer.
All improvements as depicted on our utility drawings have been installed. At the time of our field
survey all drainage facilities (i.e. swales, channels, inlets, and pipes) had been installed, except one
20' portion of ADS and the FES needs to be installed when the lake level permits.

Failure to properly disclose all know information could result in the rejection of this
certification and prevent the release of any Stormwater Utility holds on Building
Permits
and/or Certificate of Occupancy.
