Drainage Certification Form with applicable items checked, signed, and stamped by a professional engineer. All improvements as depicted on our utility drawings have been installed. At the time of our field survey all drainage facilities (i.e. swales, channels, inlets, and pipes) had been installed, except one 20' portion of ADS and the FES needs to be installed when the lake level permits.
