On behalf of our client, Mr. Larry Odau, we would Eke to submit to youa. lot grading .
certification letter for Lot 1 of the Harbor Walk Estates project. This lot was constructed: with a
two-story,. stone & wood, single-family residence with abasement... Northern Engineering has .
reviewed the as -constructed elevations provided by a field survey crew:
The residence on Lot 1: was constructed with a finished floor elevation of 4996.49 and a .
minimum opening elevation (MOE) of 4994.5: The proposed minimum finishedfloor elevation
for this lot was 4995.5. While the Engineer.does not have knowledge of the constructed
difference between finished floor and -top of foundation, it is safe to assume that the actual top of
foundation is at or above the approved elevation. Attached for your convenience are copies of
the approved grading plan, and an exhibit showing the as -constructed elevations (handwritten)
for Lot I.
Based on the surveyed grades and personal site inspection, the lot appears to be in compliance
with the approved grading plan. Sufficient fall exists away from the building to provide proper
drainage. The high points on the side lot lines make the lot function as a V lot per plan.
