Please find enclosed the red -lined "As Built" survey of the grading on Lot 67, Greenstone
Subdivision, which is 7106 Silvermoon Lane, Fort Collins, Colorado.
The lot grading does not exactly conform to the approved grading plan. The attached "AS
BUILT' grading plan reflects the existing grading at this site and should be functionally adequate for
this lot and the overall subdivision drainage plan. See attached redline "AS BUILT" drawing.
