Lot 34, Greenstone P.U.D., Phase 2
A survey of the finished grades at 7324 Streamside Drive was conducted by me or
personnel under my supervision on May 15, 2000. The survey was performed by using an
assumed elevation of 100.00 at the southwest corner of the property, as shown on the
approved site plan.
Ground elevations are as shown by the clouded figures on the attached copy of the site
plan. The existing elevation in front of the house is higher than proposed, but still allows
positive drainage away from the foundation. The driveway is in general conformance with
the site plan, while elevations on the rear side of the house are lower than planned.
Drainage is consistent with the site plan as it drains from the rear corner of the garage,
along the northerly side of the house and towards the street.
The site plan shows a retaining wall along the rear of the residence when in fact two were
built; stair -stepping the grading in the back. The spot elevations shown are the top of wall
elevations and do not reflect the ground elevations. Drainage behind the retaining walls is
again to the north and then northwesterly to meet the drainage'behind the house. The
finished floor elevations are in conformance with the site plan.

hereby state that this Swale Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by me
or under my direct supervision, at Lot 34, Greenstone P.U.D., Phase 2 on May 15. 2000.
