Dear Basil:
As to our telephone conversation and my field visit of
September 28, 1995, all drainage for the above referenced lot
appears to be in substantial conformance per the approved drainage
plan and report for Greenstone - Phase I. A Drainage Certification
Letter and Plan was submitted to Stormwater Utility dated March 24,
1995. The shallow channel along the south side of Lot 10 is
complete and currently has been routed into Phase III of Greenstone
along the north line of Lot 105, per the approved Drainage Plan.
Please release the CO for this lot.
If you have any questions or require additional information,
please do not hesitate to call.
