RE: Drainage certification for Phase I, Phase II, Greenstone
P.U.D.
Dear Glen:
Enclosed find the As -built drainage,' grading.& erosion control
drawings for Phase I and Phase.II of Greenstone P.U.D., also find
County Road 32 plan and profile sheets from Sta. 61+10 to 73+10.
Our field inspection has confirmed that all existing drainage
features conform to the original drainage plans and field changes
have been noted at appropriate locations. Following is a listing
of changes to planned drainage that have occurred:
1. The 2' metal sidewalk culvert has been replaced by a 4'
concrete sidewalk culvert on the end of Silver Moon Lane.
2. A 2' concrete pan and 2' metal sidewalk culvert with
associated drainage easement has been added to Lot 28.
Silver Moon Lane was not constructed to the engineers
design elevations immediately adjacent to Lot 28. The
drainage pan was installed to drain this lot and the
adjacent lot, the easement document and exhibit is
included in this certification.
3. A drainage easement on the easterly corner of Lot 53
contiguous to the ROW of Streamside Drive and Tract D.
The easement document and drainage exhibit is included in
this certification,
4. The V concrete culvert at the end of Red Sky Court
replaces the 2' metal sidewalk culvert originally
designed.

5. Temporary 12" ADS drains were installed at Sta. 61+55,
Sta. 64+25 and Sta. 66+25 through the embankment on the
north side of County Road 32. These culverts drain water
trapped by the construction of the ultimate earth cross-
section. Flows will drain to Tract A and downhill to
Tract J via a shallow "V" ditch. All storm flow will
concentrate to design, poht 5 and will be conveyed to
Stanton Creek by the existing 18" RCP at the intersection
of Streamside Drive and Gold"Hill Court.
6. The irrigation outfall at Sta.'71+55 (County Road 32) was
not constructed, the existing .irrigation lateral was
abandoned. The landscape pond at the northeast corner of
Greenstone Trail and County Road 32 has been supplied
with 2" domestic water taps from the main on County Road
32, as shown on As -built drawings.
The modifications to the original drainage plan have no
adverse effect on the approved drainage concept or reports. Please
release the remaining building permits for Phase I and Phase II of
Greenstone P.U.D. If you have any questions or require additional
information, please do not hesitate to call.
Yours truly,
