GRADING CERTIFICATION
This is to verify that on June 7, 2003 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 10,
Block 4, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, which is 5763 Round Rock Court were surveyed
under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan.
