GRADING CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that on May 25, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot
32, were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
