For-Lot:1'6 Block 7, Fossil Lake P.U.D. First Filing;=6112 Crane Drive.
This is to certify that on July 11, 2001, the "AS BUILT elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 16, were
surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
