GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 7, Block 10, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3514 Copper Spring Drive
This is to verify that on January 16, 2003 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 7 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
