GRADING AND DRAINAGE CERTIFICATION
This certification is being submitted as required by the City of Fort Collins for Commercial sites.
The Spine Center building was constructed within a developed building envelope. The building
envelope construction included all curb, gutter and sidewalk as identified on sheet 13 of 24 of the
approved Utility Plans for Harmony School Shops 6th Filing dated May 21, 2007. The building
is constructed within the defined building envelope matching the as constructed improvements.
The buildings finish floor is constructed to an elevation of 4960.4 which is in substantial
compliance of the approved building floor elevation of 4960.3 as shown on the approved grading
plans.
The Commercial, Multi -Family and Subdivision Certification Checklist is not applicable to this
project in its entirety.
Statement of Compliance:
This certification is signed and stamped and by signing this form the Engineer(s) attests that they
have inspected the site and to the best of their knowledge the as -built conditions of the drainage
facilities are as described in the above form and in the As -Built plans enclosed.
Failure to properly disclose all known information could result in the rejection of this
certification and prevent the release of any and all Stormwater Utility permit holds on Building
Permits and/or Certificates of Occupancy within this development.
