A field investigation of lot 10 of Greenbriar Village 4nd Filing (501
Mockorange Court) shows an existing drain pan 18" outside the rear lot line that
was constructed as part of Greenbriar 2nd Filing construction. The new residence
is a walk -out style. Top floor is about 80.4 and the lower level is about 71.7, while
the concrete pan FL ends in the back yard at elevation 70.16, 31 feet from the rear
patio.
Enclosed is a sketch which shows spot elevations around the building. The
elevations were shot with a hand level.
