Dear Basil:
Please find enclosed a copy of the "As Built" survey of the drainage facilities in Greenbriar
Village, Fourth Filing. All of the drainage facilities have been completed in substantial compliance
with the approved grading and drainage plan. This includes the earthen swale along the South
side of Willox Lane and the concrete pan and Swale along Redwood Street and the South line of
the Fourth Filing.
Sherman Homes has submitted for a building permit which is on hold pending this
certification. It would be appreciated if you can release the hold after reviewing this certification.
