We respectively request the early release of two (2) building permits prior to the
completion of Stewart and Associates certification of the Stormwater Drainage
requirements. Stewart and Associates is currently working on our development and
estimates completion of their certification by Jan. 20, 1995. The concrete drainage pan,
running north and south and parallel to Redwood St. will be excluded at this time and
constructed as soon as possible weather permitting. An estimate for this pan is attached.
We will provide you with a letter of credit in an amount one and one-half times this
estimated amount. Thank you for your consideration.
