GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 10, Block 5, Fossil Lake P.U.D. 1 st Filing, 3311 Shallow Pond Drive
This is to verify that on May 12, 2004 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 10 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
