This is to certify that on March 30, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 1, were surveyed under my supervision.
The lot grading does not conform to the approved grading plan. The attached plan
reflects the existing grading at this site and should be functionally adequate for this lot and the
overall subdivision drainage plan.
The survey spot elevations are shown on the attached plot plan.
