This verification of drainage facilities is based on survey information provided to Northern Engineering by Growling Bear Co. Inc., and on a site inspection by myself on April 28, 2000. The following items composing the stormwater conveyance system have been installed. The curb opening, concrete V pan, sidewalk culvert, and connection to the existing curb inlet along the easterly boundary of the site. The curb opening, concrete V pan, sidewalk culvert connecting to the existing drainage channel south of the site. There were no items observed which were shown on the approved plans, as a part of the stormwater conveyance system, which have not been installed. The finished floor of the building was reported to be approximately 4977.00. This system in general conveys stormwater flows to the existing conveyance system which routes flows under and across McMurray Drive, easterly and parallel to Harmony Road to a point just east of the City of Fort Collins Electrical substation, then north to the existing Golden Meadows Regional Detention facility. The open channel south of the Centennial Bank site, the storm sewer under McMurray Drive and Innovation Drive were certified as a part of the Harmony Safeway Marketplace project.
