A survey of the finished grade at 1609 Blue Sage Drive was conducted by me on July 13,
2001. The survey was performed using the top of the monument at the southwest corner
of the subject property as a benchmark, with an assumed elevation of 100.00 feet.
The attached site plan, as part of this Certificate, has the as -built elevations shown in the
clouded figures. No proposed finished elevations were available at the time of this
certification. Drainage is away from the structure in all directions with the lowest opening
being the top of the stairs into the garden level basement having an elevation of 102.5 feet.
As -built elevations may change subsequent to the date of this survey due to natural or
artificial actions; landscaping was not complete at the time of the field work.
