Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stotmwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address
dated 07/27/00. Certifications include the items noted on the Stonmwater Building Permit Notice
and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Property's lot corner elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site on more than one (1) occasion and now find that all final grading is
complete, functions properly and meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and
drainage design aocording to the Final Utility Plans for Harmony Ridge P.U.D. by TST Inc.,
Consulting Engineers; TST Project No. 10-875-000; City of Fort Collins City Engineer approval
date 02/18/99. A formal lot specific grading plan was not prepared by this office.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only. Also attached is a
copy of the site plan. Field shots, which were obtained by Shear Engineering Corporation, are
noted on the site plan.
