Elevation Certificate
Lot 10, Harmony Ridge P. U.D.
A survey of the finished grade on Lot 10, Harmony Ridge P.U.D. was conducted by
Personnel under my direct supervision on April 23, 2001. The survey was performed
using the City of Fort Collins vertical control benchmark on the North side of West
Harmony Road, 200 feet west of Chippendale Drive; Benchmark #18-94, with a published
elevation of 5116.60 feet.
The attached copy of a portion of the Site Plan, as part of this Certificate, has the as -built
elevations shown in the clouded figures, It is apparent from the elevations shown that
drainage is away from the structure in all directions. The swale along the north side of the
Lot is closer to the structure than the original site plan shows and is higher by varying
amounts; drainage is in the same direction as shown on the site plan. Drainage around the
remainder of the structure is in the directions shown by the drainage arrows on the original
site plan. The finished elevation at the southwest corner of the lot is substantially lower
than the site plan designated, but drainage directions have not changed.
I, Mark F. Corbridge, a duly registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby
state that this Elevation Certificate is the direct result of elevation shows taken by me or
by personnel under my supervision, at the described site on April 23, 2001.
