• Survey provided by Washburn Land Surveying, LLC on March 11, 2015.
o City of Fort Collins Benchmark for survey datum is Benchmark 18-94,
NAVD 88 — Elevation 5119.79. The survey held southeast comer point of
5131.2 as labeled in the site grading plan. The elevation of the held point
using Benchmark 18-94 is 5134.12 for an elevation difference of 2.92 feet.
• A swale at the front of the lot (east side) was graded to provide drainage relief. The
swale was graded to a 1.5% slope from the building to the edge of walk as depicted
in the lot grading certificate exhibit.
