the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, has been inspected by me or an appropriately qualified professional under my
direct supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and that the
elevations and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed
on (Date): /,$ 10/15 , accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the
survey. Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). SEE NOTE.
The elevations and drainage patterns of the lot/site as measured are in general conformance with the City
approved drainage plan with exceptions (information attached). In my professional judgment the elevations
and grading of the lottsite as constructed are functionally adequate and equivalent to the specifically
approved drainage plan, and will affect stormwater drainage on and off the lot/site in a manner consistent
with the approvedAVq page plan.

4606 Chokecherry Trail, Units 1 & 2 Items of Note:
• Survey provided by Washburn Land Surveying, LLC on March 10, 2015.
o City of Fort Collins Benchmark for survey datum is Benchmark 18-94,
NAVD 88 — Elevation 5119.79. The survey held southeast comer point of
5131.2 as labeled in the site grading plan. The elevation of the held point
using Benchmark 18-94 is 5134.12 for an elevation difference of 2.92 feet.
The north edge of the driveway slopes toward the garage at a 1. I % slope. Upon
visual inspection, a slight pan is formed into the driveway which slopes in a
southwesterly direction away from the building. Runoff in the northwest comer of
the building will flow as depicted away from the garage and toward the street at
approximately 1.0%. Existing grading does not meet the typical 5% in the first 10'
away from the foundation, nor is there 2% minimum throughout the lot. However,
there is positive drainage away from the structure. It should be noted that areas of
minimal slope may cause landscape oversaturation and wet areas.
The south side of the building between units 4606 and 4608 was noted to have
locations where the swale leveled out and drainage could be directed toward the
lower building to the south. In the southwest corner area, the Swale between the
units was cut lower to create a more defined swale and prevent drainage from
concentrating toward the lower building. Drainage will initially be directed away
from the building in the swale, where it will eventually build up to overtop the
driveway and outfall across the driveway to the southwest.
• The downspout pipe was uncovered to reveal the pipe was buried with no daylight.
Therefore the pipe was extended further from the buildings where it will terminate
in a bubbler system.
• Pictures documenting the swale and downspout alterations are attached.
