An interim certification was previously provided on October 7, 2004 for Lot 110 and October 19, 2004 for Lot 113. The final grading for Lots 110-113 (4721 Dusty Sage Loop) .has now been completed. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building - Permit Notice and areas follows: • Grading certification • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Corner lot elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Utility Plans for Harmony Ridge P.U.D., First Replat by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.; N.E.S. Project No: 01-036; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date April 28, 2003. Due to the inclimate weather, final grading for Lots 110-113 (4721 Dusty Sage Drive) has'not been completed at this time. Also, because construction of the 4-plex on lots 114-115 & 71-72 (4727 Dusty Sage Loop), the final grading for Lot 113 (4721 Dusty Sage Drive) cannot be completed at this time.
