re: 1625 Greenstone Trail - Lot 106,G reenstone Phase ?)
We have surveyed the elevations of the floors and of drainage swales around the buildings.
The elevations and swale locations are some different from those on the original proposed grading
plan, but in general the drainage patterns are the same. The building floors are about 2 feet higher
than originally proposed and the swale behind the house has been moved farther away from the
house. The swales and grades as constructed will provide adequate drainage for the site.
I have included a plan of the site showing the "As Built" grades and contours.
