Please find enclosed the "As Built" swale along the Northerly line of Lot 105; Greenstone
P.U.D.- Phase 31.Fort Collins, Colorado.
I calculated the capacity of the swale and found the Easterly portion of the swale that has a
slope of 6.6% has a capacity of 25.8 cfs which is greater than the Q,00 with freeboard of 18.5 cfs.
The Westerly portion of the swale that has a slope of 3.7% was less than required Qlao which is
18.5 cfs. Therefore, I deepened that portion of the swale by 0.3 feet which will meet the required
capacity. The contractor then regraded the flow line of the Westerly portion of the swale.
The spread sheet for the two sections of the swale are also enclosed.
