A survey of the finished grade for the new residence at 7401 Blue Water Court was
completed on September 8, 1999. The survey was based on an assumed elevation of
100.00 feet on the back of the sidewalk near the southeast corner of the property; as is
shown on the drainage plan provided to us.
The elevations shown on the attached copy of the drainage plan, (clouded figures) show
that the building was built higher by approximately 3 feet. Elevations at the driveway are
as designed; and although the earthwork elevations vary from design; the drainage
patterns shown on the design still apply. The swale on the southwesterly side of the
structure more approximately property line than designed, but drains as designed and with
the approximately slope percentages. Drainage from the front of the house is toward the
street and to the northeast at a greater slope percentage than designed. All drainage is
away from the structure and at or exceeding design slopes.
I, Mark F. Corbridge, a duly registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby
state that this Drainage Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots and cross sections
taken by me or personnel under my supervision, at the described site on September 8,
1999.
