Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Lot 85, Greenstone P.U.D., Phase 3; Fort Collins, Colorado 1648 Streamside Drive Dear Jay, SHEAR This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address dated 07/19/01. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows: • Grading certification • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Comer lot elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification Please note that there have been modifications since the original grading plan was initially submitted. The finish floor of the house has been lowered one foot (1'-0"), from the elevation of 4927.76, as originally noted on the grading plan. The site specific grading plan being submitted here will reflect the resulting finish grades due to the lowering of the finish floor. We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and generally meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Grading and Erosion Control Plan for Greenstone P.U.D., Phase 3 by Parsons & Associates; Parsons & Associates Project No. 9218-GRN 05; City of Fort Collins City Engineer approval date 07/05/94: Also in conformance with the site specific grading plan for this site prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation and dated July, 2001; Shear Project No: 1864-01-01. Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. Also attached is a copy of the site specific grading plan for this site prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. Shear Engineering Corporation has obtained record field shots.
