Collins, Colorado 4715 Dusty Sage Drive Dear Jay, This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice dated 09/02/2003. An interim certification was previously provided on June 15, 2004. The final grading for Lot 109 (4715 Dusty Sage Drive) has now been completed. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows: • Grading certification • Swale certification • Finished floor elevation certification • Corner lot elevation certification • Lowest building opening elevation certification We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Utility Plans for Harmony Ridge P.U.D., First Replat by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.; N.E.S. Project No: 01-036; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date April 28, 2003. Also in conformance with the site specific grading plan for this site, prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation and dated February, 2003; Shear Project No: 1090-24-02.
