Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address (4720 Dusty Sage Loop)
according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice
dated 01/18/2003. The final grading for Lots 63-66 (4720 Dusty Sage Loop) has been completed.
Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit Notice and are as follows:
• Grading certification
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Corner lot elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and generally
meets the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Utility Plans
for Harmony Ridge P.U.D., First Replat by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.; N.E.S. Project No:
01-036; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date April 28, 2003. Also in
conformance with the site specific grading plan for this site, prepared by Shear Engineering
Corporation, revisions dated 11/17/03; Shear Project No: 1090-24-02. A copy of the site -specific
grading plan with field shot documentation is attached for your immediate reference.
The culvert that was installed under the bikepath was adjusted to meet the grading modifications to
the drainage channel to the east of the bikepath that incorporated drop structures and flatter Swale
grades than those shown on the approved Utility Plans for Harmony Ridge P.U.D., First Replat by
Northern Engineering Services, Inc. Those channel modifications were directed by Stormwater
Utility staff.
