On August 6, 2001, at the request of Stormwater Utilities, Hearne Construction hie. modified the
drainage on the East side of Lot 6 outside of the building envelope to provide better drainage to the
retention area north of Lot 6. This was accomplished by cutting a swale along the existing grass line from
South to North. The swale was shot and the readings are shown on the original drainage plan.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
Finished floor elevation 5135.8' Lowest opening elevation 5131.2'
Property Corners SW 5134.9' SE 5134.3'
NE 5129.2' NW 5126.8'

Gentlemen
On July 30, 2001, Hearne Construction Inc. shot property pins (Lot Comers), Lowest opening elevation
(Basement windows), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the subject
property.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
Finished floor elevation 5135.8'
Property Corners SW 5134.9'
NE 5129.2'
Lowest opening elevation 5131.2'
SE 5134.3'
NW 5126.8'
Note: As can be seen by the readings on the attached Drainage plan D3, the required slope from the
building is greater than 5% to the building envelope on all four sides (Builders responsibility), good
drainage occurs on all sides with 75% of the floww heading to the retention pond located on the North side.
