On May 9, 2002, Hearne Construction Inc. shot property pins (Lot Corners), Lowest opening elevation
(Basement windows), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the subject
property -
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows: w.
Finished floor.elevation 5144.0'
Property Comers SW 5142.1'
NE 5139.4'
Lowest opening elevation 5138.2'
SE 5140.0'
NW 5142.1'
Note: As can be seen by the readings on the attached Drainage plan D2, the required slope from the
building is greater than 5% to the building envelope on all four sides (Builders responsibility), good
drainage occurs on sides.
