Stormwater Certification Project No. 0927-000 Dear Basil: October 11, 2000 Please find enclosed our Stormwater Drainage Certification for Harmony Ridge P.U.D. TST, Inc. surveyed the above drainage facilities on May 19, 2000 as the contractor installed them. A walk-through of the site was performed on June 20, 2000 to verify the contractor had addressed punch list items. Included are copies of the survey field data and redlined prints showing the as - built conditions. During the drainage certification, it was discovered that ST-5 was built per the original plans and not the revisions of September 1999. The revision of September 1999 changed the size of ST-5 from 36" to 48". Since this storm sewer passes through an embankment with a concrete irrigation ditch over the top, options were considered other than replacing it. By raising the dam 2' (to elevation 5096), the installed 36" RCP will work. The new elevation will still leave the dam below the 10' max height as specified by the Erosion Control Dam permit obtained for this structure. After conversation with you in June, the dam was raised on the north side (upstream) of the irrigation ditch. This provides the necessary freeboard for the structure.
