Dear Glen:
On 26 June 1995, survey crews from RBD field verified the east and
south berm improvements that were installed after the elevation
discrepancies were brought to the attention of the property owner
(refer to reference 3). I have attached a copy of sheets 3 and 4
from the utility plans, and have indicated in red the actual field
measurements taken for the site improvements. The detention volume
provided at a water surface elevation of 4983.9 (maximum elevation
on berm) was determined to be 6324 cubic feet. The required
detention volume for this site was 6352 cubic feet as shown in
reference 2. Attached are the detention volume calculations for
the detention area as constructed.
The temporary detention area in the lot just north of the project
site has been removed since the last certification letter due to
the development of the lot. All other drainage improvements have
been installed to adequately convey storm water off site in the
manners described within the Final Drainage and Erosion Control
Study.

By signing and stamping this certification letter, the engineers
attest that to the best of their knowledge the as -built conditions
of the drainage facilities are as described in the Final Drainage
and Erosion Control Study and construction documents.
