I have surveyed the elevations of the berm and area inlet constructed for the new detention
pond. The berm is completely constructed and sodded, and the area inlet box is constructed with
a 2.7 inch diameter restriction over the outlet pipe. The gravel turnaround is also constructed.
The inlet box is constructed per the plan with a sand trap in the bottom to prevent gravel from
entering the outlet pipe.
I have attached a print of the as built plan with the surveyed elevations shown in red.
This project has been completed per the approved plan.
