The detention pond as described further in the Front Range Baptist Church Final Drainage &
Erosion Control Study by Nolte Associates Inc., dated February 23, 2006 (referred to herein as
Drainage Study) has been constructed. This Certification Letter and the attached exhibit present
a summary of the survey data performed on November 30, 2007 of the detention pond only, it
does not serve as a general grading or utility certification for the Front Range Baptist Church.
The table below summarizes the design volume and survey volume of the detention pond
system. It should be noted that orifice plate dimensions are approximate as the grate on top of
the outlet structure could not be lifted.

Based on the survey, the as -constructed detention pond has the required volume (elevation
5002.14) at an elevation of 0.05 feet higher than design (elevation 5002.09). However, there
was additional design volume up to elevation 5002.25. Therefore, the detention storage volume
is in substantial conformance with the design.

As the purpose of this letter is to verify 100-year detention pond volumes, it does not address
erosion control. It should be noted that erosion control protection (including pond spillway
protection) should also be installed, constantly maintained, and replaced if necessary.
