Dear Basil,
re: Fox Creek P-U.D. First Filing: Onsite drain swales and six residential certifications on
2625 Moore Lane and 2501, 2513, 2607 2713,and 2719 McKeag.
We have surveyed the drainage swales in the open area tracts along the rear of lots. The
grading and landscaping has been completed within these tracts. The attached map shows these
tracts colored green. The trees are planted, the sprinkler system is installed and the grass is
established. Also the under -drain pipe in a gravel bed has been installed. The grading and
installation of the swales complies with the approved plan and these green area swales are not
disturbed by construction on the lots.
Also shown on the attached map are the surveyed lot comer elevations, lowest opening
elevations and floor elevations for the following residential sites.
2625 Moore Lane - Lot 7 Fox Creek First Filing. The lot grading complies with the
approved plan and the lowest opening elevation is more than 1 foot above the 100 year high water
elevation in the adjoining swales.
2501 McKeag Court - Lot 29 Fox Creek First Filing. The lot grading complies with the
approved plan and the lowest opening is more than 1 foot above the 100 year high water
elevation.
2513 McKeag Court - Lot 27 Fox Creek First Filing. The lot grading complies with the
approved plan and the lowest opening is more than 1 foot above the adjacent detention pond 100
year high water elevation.
2607 McKeag Drive - Lot 24 Fox Creek First Filing. The lot grading complies with the
approved plan and the lowest opening is more than 1 foot above the adjacent detention pond 100
year high water elevation.
2713 McKeag Drive - Lot 18 Fox Creek First Filing. The lot grading complies with the
approved plan and the lowest opening is more than 1 foot above the adjacent detention pond 100
year high water elevation.
