Mr. Barber,
This letter is provided to certify that the grading for Building H in the Fossil Lake 0,
Filing development, located near the northeast corner of Dripping Rock Lane and
Shallow Pond Drive has been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved
plans by North Star Design, Inc. dated October 16, 2007. All elevation information for
the Building H certification is based solely on a survey completed by Northern
Engineering received on August 11, 2008. Refer to the attached drawing for the asbuilt
elevations around Building H.
This letter certifies the following:
• The finished floor elevation for Building H was constructed at the design
elevation,
• Grading around Building H is adequate to allow for runoff to reach the detention
pond, the private drive or Shallow Pond Drive per the approved plans,
This certification is only for Building H. The detention pond for the site was certified in
a letter from North Star Design, Inc. date July 27th.
