This letter is .provided to certify that the grading for Building G in the Fossil Lake 4`hf�
Filing development, located near the northeast corner of Dripping Rock Lane and -�f'
Zeigler Road has been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved plans by ) o; .W
North Star Design, Inc. dated October 16, 2007. All elevation information for the
Building G certification is based solely on a survey completed by Northern Engineering
received on August 11, 2008. Refer to the attached drawing for the asbuilt elevations
around Building G.
This letter certifies the following:
• The finished floor elevation for Building 5 was constructed approximately 0.3'
above the design elevation but this change will not adversely affect the building or
the overall site,
• Grading around Building 5 is adequate to allow for runoff to reach the detention
pond, the private drive or Shallow Pond Drive per the approved plans,
This certification is only for Building G. The detention pond for the site was certified in
a letter from North Star Design, Inc. date July 27th.-

To Whom It May Concern:
On June 4.2008 , a field crew from this office measured the foundation location
for the above -referenced address and found it to be in substantial compliance with the Grading &
Erosion Control Plan approved by the City of Fort Collins, and found the finished floor elevation to be
4917.51.
