Based on this information, I certify that (check one): ❑ The elevations and drainage patterns of the IoUsite are in substantial conformance with the City approved drainage and grading plan for the property (information attached). E (1-5, Bl) I Certification of Lot Grading Dan, - Approved plan had a combined sidewalk from the north patios to Fossil Lake Place. As -built has two independent walks. - Approved plan had insufficient detail for adequate drainage. As -built had to define swales and sidewalk chases to ensure proper drainage.
