RE: 2530 Fog Run Court - Lot 44 Fox Creek 18 Filing
I have surveyed the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot corners, lot grading, floors and lowest
openings (window wells) and found them to be in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
The lot grading provides adequate drainage away from the house foundation and lowest
openings.
A plot plan of the lot showing the surveyed elevations in red is attached and also attached is
a copy of the grading plan.
