We have surveyed the as -built elevations of the floors, lowest openings at the top of the
window wells, lot grading and the flow line of the swale adjacent to the north.
All of the surveyed elvations are in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan.
The top of the window wells are above the adjoining grade of the lot line drainage.
The construction on this site did not disturb the grading of the existing swale located along
the north side of the lot.
There is a plan of Lot 31 showing the as -built grades and a copy of the approved grading plan
attached to this letter.
