re: 2500 McKeag Court - Lot 30 Fox Creek First Filing
Builder - Jim Manion
We have surveyed the as -built elevations, of the lot grading, floor elevations and flow line of
the swale adjacent to the north and east.
All of the grades are in substantial compliance with the approved plan, and there is adequate
drainage away from the foundation.
The adjoining swale along the north and east was not disturbed by the construction on this
site.
The attached plan of Lot 30 shows the surveyed grades. Also attached is a copy of the
approved grading plan.
